<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><Articles><Article><id>205</id><JournalTitle>A CASE REPORT ON CREUTZFELDT JAKOB DISEASE</JournalTitle><Abstract>Creutzfeldt Jakob disease (CJD) is a neurodegenerative disorder that destroys the brain cells and cause tiny holes in
the brain. Damage to brain causes the mental and physical impairment associated with CJD and eventually leads to death.
Here it is a case report of 61 year old female patient who was diagnosed with CJD with vocal cord paralysis. Patient with CJD
will have ataxia or difficulty in controlling body movement, abnormal gait, speech and dementia. Seizure activity is a rare
presentation of patient with CJD. CSF analysis, magnetic resonance imaging and electroencephalogram as well as the clinical
