Extraction of leaves of Hemigraphis Colorata Blume using various solvents by using Soxhlet apparatus. All the extracts on in vitro & in vivo pharmacological studies reports are positively reflexed in our research. In our findings of alfa amylase activity observation for 50 % of inhibition were found to be such as Ethyl acetate Extract 91 ?g/ml, water 80 ?g/ml, Pet.ether 75 ?g/ml and Acarbose (Positive control) 61 ?g/ml In our final report indicated that the Ethanolic extract have more anti-diabetic activity when compared to each other extract due to more anti-diabetic bioactive components present in the ethanolic extract.
