AGAINST MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS DPPA</JournalTitle><Abstract>This research discusses the prospect of plant-based compounds; Thymol, Carvacrol, and Isoniazid, to inhibit Mycobacterium
tuberculosis DppA by using molecular docking simulations. The findings indicate that Thymol had the most binding affinity
with Isoniazid having the best hydrogen bonding interactions. These results indicate that natural compounds, especially those of
Plectranthus amboinicus, have the potential as adjunctive TB treatment. Nevertheless, they need additional experimental
