Pedalium murex to find out novel immunomodulatory activity of plant extracts from traditionally used medicinal plants and
also screening to know their immunomodulatory activity using Swiss albino mice weighing between 18 to 25 kg and the study
demonstrates that Phyllanthus acidus and Pedalium murex triggers both specific and non- specific responses to a greater
extent, comprised the acute toxicity and preliminary phytochemical screening of both plant extracts, From the results
concluding that phytochemical studies the immunostimulant effect of both plants could be attributed to the flavonoid content.
<Email>sandhyaguggilla9@gmail.com</Email><articletype>Review</articletype><volume>4</volume><issue>1</issue><year>2014</year><keyword>Phytochemical,Immunomodulatory,Proliferation</keyword><AUTHORS>Sandhya Rani G,Alli Ramesh</AUTHORS><afflication>Vaageshwari College of Pharmacy, Thimmapur, Karimnagar Dist.-505481, Andhra Pradesh, India.,Vaageshwari College of Pharmacy, Thimmapur, Karimnagar Dist.-505481, Andhra Pradesh, India.</afflication></Article></Articles>
